Rucanor is a Dutch sport fashion brand with a European distribution. For Rucanor Aart developed a so called 'Never-Out-of-Stock'-concept where the sporting accessories were classified into clear groups with their own color coding. This created a classification that could be sold to the retailer per meter. The signing consists of so-called siders and headers that frame the shelf and immediately makes the product group visible. The revenue of the product group had increased in two ways; the consumer can find the products better and significantly more retailers take the brand into their inventory. For separate promotions in the store Aart developed a permanent floor display that can be used all year round for all sorts of actions. An extraordinary successful combination of simple presentation and good shelf-management.
